Our artist Helen Williams is an Irish artist living and working in Kinsale.
Originally from Wicklow she moved to Union Hall and married a fisherman.
Watching the sea and weather as a normal part of life, has greatly influenced her work.
Painting mainly in Oils and Acrylics.
She often incorporates inks, charcoal and pastel especially when working en plain air. Her artwork captures history and atmosphere in an impressionist style’;rich in an impressionist style: rich in colour and suffused with energy.
